Miami–
Nicklaus Children's Health System (NCHS) has received a 2018 BEST Award from the Association for Talent Development (ATD). The health system is ranked 12th out of only 45 winning organizations from around the world recognized for using innovative strategies to drive impact and solve business challenges through talent development practices. This is the second time NCHS is recognized by ATD.
ATD’s BEST Award is the talent development industry's most rigorous and coveted recognition. The global program recognizes organizations that demonstrate enterprise-wide success through talent development.
ATD received entries from 170 organizations representing 12 countries. These organizations submitted quantitative and qualitative information to ATD about their talent development practices and programs. Applications were assessed in a rigorous blind review by members of the BEST Awards advisory committee comprising a group of experts in the field.
