Multi-Factor Authentication Changes
“myportal.nicklaushealth.org” will be unavailable starting 07/26/2021
The NEW Nicklaus Children's Health System Portal is now:
mycloud.nicklaushealth.org
As we continue to improve our authentication methods for remote users,
NCHS will stop using the text response method when logging into “myportal.nicklaushealth.org”.
If you have not downloaded and configured
the Microsoft Authenticator App you will not be able to login to the portal.
Users will be required to use the Microsoft Authenticator App
which is available on both Android and Apple devices.
